All is Well – It’s going to be OK – Human Resource 4.0 – HR Summit Mantra

The Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) is sometimes described as an incoming thunderstorm, a sweeping pattern of change visible in the distance, arriving at a pace that affords little time to prepare. While some people are ready to face the challenge, equipped with the tools to brave the change and take advantage of its effects, others do not even know a storm is brewing.

The HR Summit focused on Two Panel Discussions:

  1. New Paradigms in Diversity and Inclusion
  2. Virtual Work Force and Cyber Security

The Keynote speaker, Shri. Vinay Deshpande mentioned that even though there is disruption due to technology, due to pandemic and due to so many other factors. Man is fairly adaptable to the changes and is agile. His mantra in his key note address was its going to be OK.

Industrial Revolution which is here to stay. What is new is what is how we are going to reimagining. Disruption which is a mother of new innovation. Disruption is happening because of Corona. Coping is the key.
Is phygital a word? Phygital is a term used to describe the divide between the physical and digital world. There is nothing new. What is so great about Phygital is a new buzz word. The Greatness lies in the acceleration of accelerated movement of learning. Success of HR will depend upon how you envision. They will be extrapolation of the past. It would be drawn from the past.
He urged the HR leaders to use Innovation space for the future of HR – Idea Hexagon – Raskar’s philosophy on ‘Learn, Think and Apply’ encourages him to form REDX.io platform. REDX’s goal is to promote peer to peer learning, peer to peer problem solving in more systematic ways!
